Emergency Plan

Itinerary Contingency Plan

Emergency guidance and contacts during medical care away from home. The notes below are coordination tips, not medical protocols; in a real emergency call local emergency services immediately.

What to Do in an Emergency

Four-step emergency path

  1. 1
    Get Help Now

If life-threatening, call local emergency services immediately (120 in China / 911 in the US) and contact your insurance assistance.

  2. 2
    Notify the Concierge

Also call our 24/7 emergency hotline; coordinators assist with language, hospital transfer and family communication.

  3. 3
    Insurance & costs

Activate your travel/medical insurance assistance and direct billing; pay out of pocket for non-direct-billed items, keep receipts and claim after returning home.

  4. 4
    Follow-up

Once your condition is stable, a medical coordinator assists with return-home arrangements and remote follow-ups at D7/D30/D90.

Insurance advice

Before travel, arrange travel/medical insurance with medical evacuation and direct billing; we can help verify coverage but do not sell insurance.
