HIPAA-GDPR Notice
This site is not a Covered Entity and does not store protected health information (PHI) for treatment purposes. We process personal data under GDPR/PIPL and provide consent management, data access and deletion mechanisms. Analytics scripts are not loaded before cookie consent.
Refund Policy
Concierge service fees follow service progress and written agreements. Coordination services not actually performed are refundable per agreement; medical fees already paid to hospitals follow hospital policy — the platform does not collect them, so refunds do not arise. The service agreement prevails.
