Wellness series: restoring in the city and in the mountains

This series covers two mature inbound wellness lines: Sanya Taiyitang TCM wellness — facility-based therapy centered on TCM constitution care; and the Xi'an · Wudang wellness journey, weaving heritage, TCM and Wudang practice into 11 days. Each runs standalone or links before/after medical trips.

In This Series

Two routes, two ways to restore

One arranges therapy between city and seaside; the other sets practice in mountains and Taoist temples. Choose by your condition and holiday length.

Sanya · Facility-based Wellness

Sanya Taiyitang: fitting TCM therapy into a holiday

Taiyitang, a TCM wellness facility in Sanya, serves inbound guests seeking rest and therapy. Bilingual Chinese-Russian signage throughout; freely combinable with a Sanya beach holiday — therapy by day, sea views by dusk.

Taiyitang is laid out along a "consult — treat — rest" flow: reception and tea break at the entrance with TCM products and herbal teas on display; TCM education boards line the corridor so waiting becomes constitution learning; treatment rooms are separated by program, one room per program.

Programs

Six program types, one constitution-based plan

Programs below reflect the facility's actual environment and departments; final plans are subject to physician evaluation.

TCM consultation and constitution assessment

Personal constitution records built through the four traditional diagnostic methods (pulse, tongue and more); therapy plans unfold from there.

Acupuncture

Traditional filiform-needle technique, often paired with moxibustion and cupping; mostly for pain management and functional conditioning.

Tuina & bone-setting

Dedicated bone-setting and physiotherapy rooms; technique intensity is adjusted individually by constitution and tolerance.

Facial Rejuvenation & Beauty

The Facial Wellness Room offers facial meridian and beauty programs, balancing conditioning and image care.

Tech Wellness Pods

Tech pod equipment provides auxiliary conditioning as a complement beyond manual therapy.

TCM products and herbal teas

Formula products and wellness teas are on display for continued use during the program and easy carrying.

Russian-speaking guests receive fully bilingual service throughout (with Chinese-Russian bilingual signage on site).

Plan Your Stay

Both routes combine as needed

Both lines run standalone or connect with treatment trips — after dental work, a health check or post-op recovery, add a Sanya program or Wudang practice and spend recovery amid the scenery. Plans and quotes adjust with group size, dates and budget.

All medical and wellness programs are subject to on-site evaluation; this platform provides itinerary coordination and accompaniment, not clinical services.
